Workshop with the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS): Gwella mynediad i fudd-daliadau
Rhydd
In this workshop, the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) will discuss their upcoming research that seeks to explore how we can simplify and improve access to benefits. CDPS hope is to create a more joined-up, user-centred system that supports people when they need it most, especially the most marginalised in our society.
As part of this work, they are conducting in-depth research with people who have experience of the current benefits system in Wales. They are particularly focused on hearing from marginalised groups, such as people living in poverty, disabled people, single parents, carers, people with limited digital access, or those with uncertain housing or immigration status.
This session will be a workshop for organisations who provide support to discuss how these groups experience the benefit system.
