New commercial partnerships strengthen CHC’s offer
The Senedd Election will set a new horizon for Wales, and housing associations will be standing at the threshold of a defining chapter.
To support our members through this vital transition, we are delighted to announce 7 new commercial partnerships.
These organisations, along with our 10 existing partners, will provide the expertise the sector needs to turn its ambition for more homes, better homes and healthier and fairer places into practical action.
“We are delighted to have seven new commercial partners on board. Their expertise and support will put housing associations in an even stronger position to play their part in ending Wales’ housing emergency to the fullest and deliver an additional 60,000 affordable homes over the next 10 years so that 20% of all homes in Wales are affordable homes“, said CHC’s Chief Executive, Stuart Ropke.
As Louise Price-David, Head of Membership and Partnerships, explained, our commercial partners give housing associations the tools and practical support they need to grow and remain resilient, future-proof organisations that deliver vital services to the communities they serve. "The seven new partners will give our members access to an even broader range of expertise and open up strategic collaboration opportunities, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together”, she added.
