EDI Strategy

It is clear that in order to live up to our own values, we have work to do when it comes to equality and diversity. With the support of Professor Uzo Iwobi OBE, some of our members, and an external panel of equalities experts, we published our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy in 2021.

To accompany the commitments set out in the strategy, we also published an Anti-Racist Action Plan. In May 2024, we updated this plan - find out why we did this, and what we did here.
