We deliver bespoke, evidence-based solutions including leadership and management development, assessment, executive coaching, culture diagnostics and change, and team development. These are delivered through fresh, interactive learning methods and a human approach.
Our services include providing psychometric assessment for leader development and assessment, and developing a free Culture Map to help boards and senior teams analyse their culture and prioritise change. We deliver both ad hoc training and longer development programmes.
We have developed our NeuroTeams coaching approach for senior teams through our work in housing. It involves working with senior teams to build exceptionally strong and trusted relationships that enable tough but necessary decisions to be made and change to be delivered, whilst sustaining energy and wellbeing.
This year we are launching two new leadership development programmes: one for strategic leaders and one for middle leaders. Our approach to strategic leaders focuses on the skills, mindsets and approaches that senior leaders need to drive organisational change and tackle the challenges of our time. We are reframing middle leaders as “connector leaders”, the engine of organisations that translate strategy into action, engage and enable teams, break down siloes and provide outstanding services for tenants and residents.

We aim to strengthen our existing relationships and forge new connections within the housing sector. By broadening our understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities, we can improve our services.
We are working with CHC to co-create and deliver a leadership development programme for senior leaders and aspiring executives, which would support succession planning across the sector.
We also want to support HR leaders in tackling challenges such as culture change and engagement. This collaboration will offer new opportunities for us to deliver our services and enhance existing client work by pooling resources and facilitating peer-to-peer learning.
