Introducing our new commercial partner members

Introducing our new commercial partner members

After launching our new commercial partnerships last year, we are announcing our new partners for the coming year.

Our housing association members have benefited greatly from the extra insight, valuable information, and dedicated support our commercial partner members have already brought.

Our existing partners Centrus, Travis Perkins, CHIC, Hugh James, Gallagher and Utility Aid have shown great enthusiasm and passion for the sector. We’re delighted to see those relationships continue and excited to welcome our new partners.

Who are our new partner members?

As of 1 April 2024, four great organisations join us as commercial partners.

These highly engaged organisations have been chosen for their expertise, desire to support our sector, and keenness to learn more about Welsh housing associations.

They are:

Lovell logo

Lovell Partnerships

Lovell Partnerships, part of Morgan Sindall Group plc, is a leading provider of partnership and open-market housing. It has expertise in housing-led regeneration including new-build, affordable and build to rent, open-market housing, refurbishment and retrofit, later living and strategic land.

RLH logo

RLH Architectural Ltd

RLH Architectural Ltd is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice based in west Wales. Over the previous decade and a half it has gained a wealth of experience working with housing associations.

Quantum

Quantum Advisory

Quantum Advisory is an independent financial services consultancy that provides pension and employee benefit services to employers and their staff. Its independent status means that it can pursue goals without input from external shareholders.

Barcud

Barcud Shared Services

Barcud Shared Services was created in 2012 by a group of four Welsh large-scale voluntary transfer (LSVT) housing organisations seeking more tailored, cost-effective and value-adding internal audit and risk and assurance services.

We are delighted to welcome our new partners on board. It is great to celebrate the positive opportunity to share each other’s expertise, and help our sector continue to make a huge impact on communities throughout Wales.
