Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a ticket for any Community Housing Cymru (CHC) conference, training course, webinar or other CHC event means that you have accepted our terms and conditions below.

Purchasing a ticket for any of the above allows the named delegate/s only to attend the event that the ticket is for.

However, we are happy to be flexible, and can do name changes on tickets for delegates who are unable to attend up until the day of the event.

If you need to cancel a ticket we can offer the following:

Conferences

  • Up to 30 days before the event: an admin fee of £25 is payable per person.
  • Between 21 & 29 days before the event: 50% of total fees payable.
  • 21 days or less before the event: Full fees payable.

Training

  • 14 days or more before course: No charge.
  • Between 8 and 14 days before course: 50% of total fee payable.
  • Less than 8 days before the course: Full fee payable.
  • Registered delegates who do not attend the course: Full fee payable.

Peer Learning

  • 14 days or more before the first session: No charge.
  • Between 8 and 14 days before the first session: 50% of total fee payable.
  • Less than 8 days before the first session: Full fee payable.
  • Registered delegates who do not attend one or more of the sessions: Full fee payable.
