Tom Spare

Tom is CHC's Communications Advisor, leading external communications and building media relationships that amplify the work of members across traditional and digital platforms. He sits within the Policy and External Affairs Team.

Tom brings a decade of Higher Education experience to the role, starting at Hertfordshire Students' Union before moving to Cardiff in 2014. He spent three years at Cardiff Students' Union in student voice and representation, followed by six years in various roles at Cardiff University. He then completed an MA in Political Communication at Cardiff University, before spending a year working at Nesta Cymru.
