Rhea Stevens
Head of Policy and External Affairs
Rhea is head of policy and external affairs. She is a member of the Senior Management Team.
Rhea has worked for Community Housing for six years, leading on policy issues such as affordability and rent, as well as external communications and public affairs. Rhea was a member of the Welsh Government's Affordable Homes Taskforce, which set out a road map to increasing the supply of social housing in Wales.
Previously Rhea specialised in children’s and social care policy, as well as leading policy work at the Institute of Welsh Affairs. She has also worked as a Social Work Assistant in Newport and in project development in Russia.
