Rhea Stevens
Head of Policy & External Affairs
Rhea is one of two Heads of Policy and External Affairs and leads Community Housing Cymru's work on affordability and rent policy.
As head of the Policy team she jointly oversees Community Housing Cymru’s policy specialists and has oversight of social care, homelessness, disrepair, and public affairs.
During her time as Community Housing Cymru she has worked on impactful campaigns including our External Affairs strategy and the Housing Matters campaigns for fair funding for housing support services. She previously led the policy function at the Institute of Welsh Affairs and worked in children’s and social care policy.
Rhea is also part of the senior management team.
