Bethany Howells

Bethany is one of three policy leads working within the policy and external affairs directorate. She has worked at CHC for 5 years working across a range of policy issues and developing a holistic understanding of the housing sector. During this time, she has also studied and worked towards a Masters in International Relations.

Before joining CHC, Bethany worked at a local housing association in a tenant facing role where she witnessed first-hand the difference staff make to communities daily.

Bethany now leads our policy work on Building Safety, Leasehold Reform and Supported Housing - working with members and wider stakeholders to represent members views’ and shape essential reforms in these policy areas.

She also leads our Safety member community.
