Announcing our commercial partners for 2025/26
At Community Housing Cymru we are proud to continue working with our commercial partners for another year.
Over the past 12 months, we have worked closely with our commercial partners, including Centrus, Travis Perkins, CHIC, Hugh James, Gallagher, Utility Aid, Lovell, RLH Architectural, Quantum Advisory, and Barcud Shared Services. Their commitment to the sector has played a crucial role in delivering solutions that benefit housing associations and the communities they serve.
Meanwhile, our housing association members have benefited greatly from the extra insight, valuable information, and dedicated support that our commercial partners have provided this past year.
Now, we are delighted to announce that those relationships will be continuing for a third year, and that we will be welcoming new partners alongside them.
As of 1 April 2025, Newhall Janitorial and Savills UK have joined us as commercial partners.
These highly engaged organisations have been chosen for their expertise, desire to support our sector, and keenness to learn more about Welsh housing associations.
Newhall Janitorial has an outstanding reputation for customer service as a specialist distributor of cleaning and hygiene products throughout South Wales.

It selects from the leading manufacturers in the industry and places immense importance on speed and efficiency of supply. Already working in the sector in Wales, they support housing associations with innovative and sustainable cleaning solutions.
Our partnership with CHC offers numerous benefits, including shared commitment to community well-being, mutual goals of sustainability and innovation, support for social housing initiatives, strengthening local economies, and building long-term relationships.
This collaboration aims to improve living conditions, promote eco-friendly practices, enhance hygiene standards, create job opportunities, and drive positive change. We are excited about the partnership and look forward to working closely with CHC to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across Wales.
Savills UK provides innovative solutions to meet many housing challenges and opportunities. It works with clients to enable their organisations to evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing industry. The nationwide team of over 100 experts provides an extensive range of services for housing associations with areas of expertise including housing development, valuation, building surveying, governance, quantity surveying, strategic asset management and zero carbon.
Savills also offers treasury and corporate finance advisory services.
We are really pleased to be a commercial partner with Community Housing Cymu, as we strongly believe our offering from the Savills Affordable Housing Division will be beneficial for the Welsh RSLs at a time of significant stress for the sector.
As a long-term provider of services to the Welsh RSL sector, we are keen to work with the CHC and its members to deepen our relationships in Wales and importantly achieve lasting solutions to the problems faced in providing enough housing for all.
