Cost of Living hub

In summary

Social housing tenants are among those who have been hit hardest by the cost of living crisis. As many are on a low income, a large part of their money already goes towards the cost of simply running their homes. But as food, fuel and energy prices have continued to rise, making ends meet has become a daily challenge.

Housing associations in Wales take their responsibility for supporting their tenants through challenging financial times very seriously, and do all they can to ensure people live in safe, suitable, comfortable and affordable homes

This hub has been created to share best practice, case studies and other useful resources from and for Welsh housing associations that are providing essential cost of living support to their tenants. It is regularly updated as our sector responds to the evolving challenges of the crisis.

If you would like to contribute a case study to this hub, please email bethany-howells@chcymru.org.uk.
