Josh joined CHC in August 2025 from the General Medical Council where he worked in the Policy & External Affairs team. Josh’s focus was on building relationships with key stakeholders.
Josh is our Public Affairs & Policy Advisor, and has a focus on all things public affairs. This includes how to best engage with politicians and political parties, gathering insights to help inform our work, and working closely with our Policy Leads to influence Welsh Government decisions and legislation.
Josh is also responsible for the Welfare & Cost of Living policy portfolio.
