Alex Myles

Alex is Community Housing Cymru’s External Affairs Assistant. Alex works closely with policy and public affairs colleagues to influence government and policymakers, leading CHC’s response to the Welsh Government budget. He also supports member and external communication and has an oversight role on CHC’s Senedd election campaign.

Alex previously worked at Newsdirect Wales as Head of Monitoring, providing policy and public affairs support to clients from the public, private and third sector in Wales - helping understanding of the Welsh political process and advocacy efforts. Alex trained as a journalist and has had pieces published in the Institute of Welsh Affairs and The Face magazine.
