Thinking strategically
AI Strategic Diagnostic & Tactical roadmap
FUZA’s AI Strategic Diagnostic & Tactical roadmap has been designed to help housing associations in Wales identify local "quick wins," assess their organisation’s AI readiness, and inform a collective Welsh housing sector AI strategy.
AI experts Guy Marshall and James Haliwell will independently examine the culture, the data, and the regulatory risks. The (anonymous) findings will also feed into the broader CHC AI Strategy, identifying where Welsh HAs can collaborate to save costs and share resources, and deliver better resident outcomes.
This service will be available from July 2026.
What you put in
Members of your executive, governance and IT/Data teams will need to take part in a series of interviews across a five-day sprint, some of them on-site (i.e. at your offices) and some of them remote. This sprint is designed to be low-friction for your team and high-insight for your leadership.
The cost for each association is £9,000 + VAT
What you get
Each participating member will receive a Strategic Diagnostic Pack containing:
- The AI Maturity Heatmap: A visual assessment of where you stand compared to sector benchmarks.
- The "Low-Hanging Fruit" List: 3–5 immediate AI interventions that can save time or money within 6 months.
- Regulatory Gap Analysis: Identification of any data, tech or AI governance risks.
- Collaborative Brief: A summary of how your needs align with other CHC members, highlighting where direct collaboration or shared libraries could be of mutual benefit.
