Elly and her team lead on development of social housing, decarbonisation and building safety.
She has spent most of the last decade working within the policy sphere in the UK Civil Service, with the majority of that time spent working on housing.
At Community Housing Cymru, Elly jointly oversees a team of policy specialists across a range of topics. She is also part of the senior management team.
