Her work has consistently prioritised the needs and voices of tenants, ensuring that developments not only provide homes but also enhance local neighbourhoods.

With a background spanning both social housing and independent property consultancy, Louise has successfully overseen large-scale regeneration projects that increase housing supply while strengthening local infrastructure and community cohesion.
