Pay transparency report
The intention of this report is to promote trust in the social housing sector through a sector-wide commitment to be transparent about pay and board remuneration.
It aims to ensure that senior pay decisions are transparent to government, politicians, tenants and the wider general public by presenting clear, factual information on senior management pay in one place. This report does not seek to analyse, make conclusions or recommendations.
In November 2023, 34 Welsh housing associations participated in the CEO survey. The data relates to salary information on 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022; and 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023.
The gender pay data relates to 5 April 2023.
