This webinar led by Welsh Government covered some of the key lessons learnt in terms of resident engagement. It also included presentations on two case studies - the Hybrid Heating Installations project run by Vale of Glamorgan Council and the Retrofitting Voids project carried out by Carmarthenshire County Council.
