Spotlight on professional standards | 4 March 2022

In this spotlight session, Matt Dicks, CIH National Director for Wales, provided an overview of CIH’s new Professional Standards Framework and talked through how it can support housing organisations develop their staff to become the best professionals they can be. Matt was joined by Vicky Beckwith, Director of HR & OD at Abri Group, who shared how they have incorporated the standards framework into their own staff development programmes.
