This session was part of the Employment Law Series run by CHC in partnership with Hugh James to help HR teams and line managers be well equipped to address the key elements of people management that are likely to unfold in the coming years.
In this session, Louise Price and Kate Walsh from Hugh James Solicitors explored how managers can effectively engage with their teams in a virtual world. They discussed how managers can sensitively handle performance management issues and touched on the different tools and initiatives used by organisations to offer support to colleagues who feel isolated or struggle with remote working.
