This session was part of the Employment Law Series run by CHC in partnership with Hugh James to help HR teams and line managers be well equipped to address the key elements of people management that are likely to unfold in the coming years.
In this session, Christine Bradbury and Eleanor Bamber, both Senior Associates in the Employment & HR Services team at Hugh James, talked through the legislation that underpins the protections afforded to whistleblowers and provided some pragmatic advice for employers who may find themselves in a situation where protected disclosures have allegedly been made. They also shared a fictional case study to bring this to life.
