Renting Homes Wales Act - wider compliance mapping spotlight session with Hugh James

Last year, in response to the EICR court case, we conducted a wider Renting Homes Wales compliance mapping exercise with our members to identify any other issues across the rest of the Act. Specifically, any issues or challenges linked to compliance with other parts of the Act. In particular, areas that could be related to rent-repayable clauses.
