CHC Annual Conference 2025 | Ch-ch-ch-changes: Social housing in a time of paradigm shifts

November 18, 2025 @ 9:00am
Conferences 2 Days Techniquest, Stuart St, Cardiff CF10 5BW

We are living in a time of what feels like unprecedented change, be it social, political, economic or cultural. These shifts are being acutely felt across the housing association sector, whether in the building of new homes or delivering vital services for tenants.

This conference brings together leaders from across the housing sector and beyond to ask - how can we adapt to change to deliver for tenants and communities?

Together we will explore a range of complex issues facing housing leaders, from the increasingly commonplace use of AI; the knotty subject of tenant engagement in an era of disinformation; to the potentially momentous 2026 Senedd election on the horizon.

We all know that good housing is at the heart of communities and families across the country. Embracing and responding to change is in our DNA. Join us as we explore how the sector's culture of excellence provides the ideal springboard for innovation in this time of paradigm shifts.

Who is the conference for?

This event is designed for leaders within the housing sector in Wales, as well as their partners and wider stakeholders.
