Board Member Networking Event - South Wales

At this event, we will reflect together on the recently published final report on the Grenfell disaster.

This wide-ranging report has significant implications for housing association boards in areas such as organisational culture, assurance, and listening to and working with tenants.

Ali Akbor, a member of the inquiry, stated: “What is needed is for those with responsibility for building safety to reflect and to treat Grenfell as a touchstone in all that they do in the future.”

This event will be an opportunity to start shaping the work we need to do together in the coming months and years to respond as a sector and a chance for board members to think through how they can take the learning from the report back to their own organisations.
