Sharon Lee

Sharon is the Chief Executive of Aelwyd Housing, a faith-based housing association operating across south Wales.

Prior to that she was the Director of Housing Justice Cymru, a national homelessness charity, and has worked in the social housing sector since 1994 in both senior and operational roles.

She is an experienced board member, and currently sits on the board of Valleys to Coast. She was previously a board member at Wales & West Housing and held several roles over three terms, including chair.

Sharon grew up in social housing and is driven by her belief that it is a privilege to be part of someone’s life story by providing a good and affordable home.
