WHQS - Verification in achieving and maintaining the Standard
In 2014, RSL staff participated in research commissioned by the Welsh Government and undertaken by Altair Consultants. It provided information about how landlords judge and communicate that they are implementing or have implemented the WHQS, how landlords are independently verifying compliance and the extent to which community benefits have been achieved by WHQS improvement programmes.
