Welsh Apprentice Challenge 2015
We're launching a brand new feature at this year's Annual Conference... Welsh Apprentice Challenge 2015!
** UPDATE - We are opening the challenge up to young newcomers to the housing sector (under 25s who have joined the sector in the last 12 months). We are specifying young newcomers because the challenge has been developed to inject an element of youth into our annual conference, to encourage investment in the next generation and equip young people with new skills and knowledge which they can then transfer to their working environment. **
We're asking housing associations across Wales to nominate an apprentice from your organisation to take part in the challenge which will take place at our Annual Conference in Cardiff on 19/20 November. 15 young people will take part in the challenge and they'll be split into 3 teams. Throughout the conference, each team will work on a challenge with the help of a mentor from the sector. Delegates will be kept up-to-date on progress with regular updates and tweets. The Welsh Apprentice Challenge will add a great buzz to the conference and will ensure that the sector's apprentices get their voices heard.
