Housemark and CHC - Value for Money

Following extensive consultation with our members and stakeholders CHC and Housemark have produced the publication: Maximising Our Contribution: A practical guide for Welsh Housing Associations on how to define, deliver and demonstrate Value for Money. The publication contributes to the developing debate on Value for Money at government, housing association and community level and provides practical guidance on approaching and demonstrating VFM. Key to the publication was the development of set of indicators to assist our members with measuring VFM which incorporate the metrics developed by CHC’s Finance Forum.
