Gwent Supporting People: Improving Lives, Preventing Costs

The Gwent Regional Collaborative Committee has recently published the “Gwent Supporting People: Improving Lives, Preventing Costs” case study booklet in collaboration with Supporting People funded providers of services and with people receiving services across Gwent. The booklet tells the stories of five people from Gwent who have received Supporting People funded services and the difference this has made to their lives.
