In this session, Brendan Burke explained the latest updates to Welsh Government’s Community Benefits Tool and clarified the expectations and policy position on social value reporting.
Prys Jenkins from the Social Value Portal joined him to explore the National Themes, Outcomes, and Measures (TOMs) for Wales, an agreed set of social value measurements that incorporates the Community Benefits toolkit and provides additional opportunities to deliver on the requirements of the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
