Spotlight Session: Benefits and challenges of modular housing | 21 March 2022
In this session, Steve Cole, Head of Make UK Modular, the newly formed trade body for the modular housing sector, provided an introduction to volumetric modular housing. The session focused on the benefits and challenges of modular housing, Westminster policy in relation to modular, and the next steps for the modular housing market. Steve also touched on the key elements of the Welsh MMC strategy.
