In this spotlight session, Dr Gareth Morgan from the Hywel Da Health Board presented a Bevan Exemplar project aimed at developing a good practice guide to help strengthen the relationship between the NHS Wales and key partners, including housing providers, and deliver better health outcomes for residents.
