Spotlight Session: How do you now solve a problem like ASB? | 12 October 2022
In this session, Alice Richardson and Matthew Chapman from Hugh James Solicitors were joined by Julia Houlston Clark from the Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership (WRAP) to explore the options available to social housing providers to deal with anti-social behaviour, including WRAP's pioneering mediation and coaching approach, from prevention to earliest intervention and effective community responses. The session looked at how a restorative approach can work alongside traditional legal action, particularly in the most complex or serious cases including those with Equality Act considerations.
