Lightning Reach: Improving access to financial support for tenants and staff

The Lightning Reach portal is a one-stop financial assistance platform that empowers individuals to easily access and engage with a wide range of personalised support services, including grants, benefits, help with bills and more.

PA Housing, a registered social housing provider offering more than 23,000 homes in England, is using Lightning Reach to help their residents apply for their support fund and other support they may be eligible for.

Within a few months of implementation, the portal has transformed PA Housing's ability to administer support to their residents, freeing up over 50% of staff time while offering tenants access to a broader range of support.
