Spotlight Session: Leasehold and service charge reform

In this session, Welsh Government to provide an update on the implementation of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024, including the current consultation on Strengthening leaseholder protections over charges and services, and looking ahead to the upcoming draft Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill, due for publication later this year.

The second half of this session will be a closed sector discussion to test our positioning ahead of consultation response.
