CHC Roundtable: A long term plan for 60,000 affordable homes

As part of our Senedd election campaign, we are convening a virtual roundtable on our bold plan for 60,000 affordable homes over 10 years.

The noise surrounding the housing crisis is at an all-time high—but the window for real influence is narrow.

We aren't just talking about the problem; we are designing the solution. This roundtable will focus on:

• The 100-Day Action Plan: Setting the priority list for the incoming administration.

• Unlocking Capacity: Which specific changes will bypass current bottlenecks?

• Land Assembly: How could a National Development Corporation lead large-scale regeneration and land assembly effectively?
