For housing associations, it is vital to incorporate the tenant voice into the design of their services to ensure they are efficient, effective, and value for money. However, gathering insights on what tenants really need can be difficult.

The mini-publics approach, which aims to establish simple human relationships outside the provider/consumer approaches traditionally relied upon, can help tackle this challenge, generating solutions owned by both the housing association and their tenants in a collaborative atmosphere.

In this session, Rob Rowlands and Andy Wright from Engaging 4Thought will talk you through how board members can bring this approach to life in the context of their own organisations, to ensure the process is pragmatic, streamlined long-term.
