Become a commercial partner in 2026
Housing associations across Wales provide around 174,000 quality, affordable homes, along with vital support services that enhance the lives of thousands of people every year.
The 30 organisations we represent work tirelessly to deliver excellent services to their tenants and develop innovative solutions whilst navigating change and political and economic uncertainty, but they can’t do it alone.
Our members need the support and expert advice of organisations that share the sector’s vision of providing more and better homes, building fairer places and empowering communities to thrive. This is where our commercial partners come in.
Who are our current partners?
We are currently supported by 11 industry-leading businesses, including Top 100 law firm Hugh James, procurement specialist CHIC, and energy broker Utility Aid.
Our partners also cover areas like insurance, pensions, treasury, sanitation and development.
What’s in it for you?
A commercial partnership with CHC comes with many benefits, including:
- Exclusivity: Become the go-to for housing associations in your area of expertise
- Visibility: Boost your brand, grow your presence and and become a trusted partner
- Relationships: Build and nurture long lasting partnerships with RSLs in Wales
But there’s more! In the video below, our Head of Membership and Partnerships, Louise Price-David, explains how we support our commercial partners at CHC.
Who are we looking for?
We are constantly working to grow our network of commercial partners so that we can broaden the range of expertise available to our members.
The sectors we are focusing on for the next financial year are:
- AI & digital transformation
- Accountancy
- Communications
Even if your expertise lies elsewhere or you work in areas already covered by our current partners, we are always open to conversation. There are still plenty of options to support housing associations and collaborate with us, including sponsorship opportunities.
