Housing associations across Wales provide around 174,000 warm, safe, and affordable homes, along with vital support services that enhance the lives of thousands of people every year.
As the trade body that represents Welsh housing associations, we at Community Housing Cymru are proud to support its 33 members in this crucial work. We also collaborate closely with leading partnership organisations across the country to further our mission.
We are currently supported by several industry-leading businesses, including Top 100 law firm Hugh James, procurement specialist CHIC, and energy broker Utility Aid.
These valued commercial partners play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision of making Wales a country where good housing is a basic right for all.
Now we are looking for new partners to bring into the sector.

Looking ahead to 2025/2026
As we look towards 2024 and beyond, we are seeking partners who can offer tailored services and specialist support in key areas for housing associations. We are especially interested in businesses that provide support in communications, research, planning, HR, Welsh language, cyber security, and AI.
