Becoming a commercial partner
Our commercial partners are key stakeholders for the housing sector in Wales. They show their support and commitment to building strong and ongoing relationships with housing associations and share our vision for ‘a Wales where good housing is a basic right for all’.
How does it work?
Through consultation with housing associations and previous commercial members, we have developed a new Commercial Partner offering. This new package has been carefully designed to meet the needs of both commercial and housing association members.
As a commercial partner, you would be part of a small group of highly engaged organisations that have the opportunity to develop a closer relationship with the housing sector in Wales.
If you would like to join the seven organisations that are already part of this programme and become one of CHC’s commercial partners from 1st April 2024, please submit an Expression of Interest. Submissions will be accepted until 12th January 2024.
Why partner with us?
This isn’t just a partnership with CHC. It is building a partnership with the housing sector in Wales.
We are the gateway to Housing Associations in Wales. We represent and support 34 Housing Associations across Wales. Our vision is for ‘a Wales where good housing is a basic right for all’.
We are experts in the Welsh housing sector, we support our members and partners around policy, lobbying, campaigns and advocacy. We are the trusted experts in all aspects of Welsh housing.
Our members provide over 165,000 homes to 10% of the Welsh population, employ around 11,000 people and have a combined turnover of over £1.1 billion per annum.
Our members are highly engaged with our offer across the year – including conferences, insight sessions, training, and webinars.
We have access to senior decision makers, such as chief executives, boards members, directors and heads of service within the industry. With over 3,000 senior leaders working with us each year.
Our members are independent, not-for-profit organisations that deliver vital services and provide affordable housing across Wales – supporting this sector supports Wales.
