Spotlight on gas safety: Sharing learning

In February 2023, a gas explosion occurred in a property managed by Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association (MTHA), which seriously injured two people.
In this spotlight, MTHA will share both important technical safety matters and other critical factors involved in the management of the incident, including tenant, community and staff support. CHC would encourage all staff involved in asset management and gas safety matters to attend, in addition to those with responsibility for implementing incident management plans.
