Tackling ASB with FOB technology – Cadwyn’s experience

Cadwyn has made some great progress in prioritising resident safety in their apartment blocks.
As an inner-city, community-based RSL in Cardiff, they have noticed an ever pressing need to work in a more timely and robust manner to ensure speedy action in instances of ASB.
Through the use of FOB & CCTV technology, they have created a more efficient system that allows them to communicate directly with tenants and make sure services with a personal touch are more readily available to them
In this spotlight session, staff from Cadwyn’s housing, maintenance and development teams and a representative from KMS will discuss:
- New development & retrofit design at scheme conception, improving secure by design
- The KMS system in operation – fob & CCTV; remote access and reporting mechanisms
- How it has aided effective ASB management & partnership working
