All presentations will be available from the Past events page the week after the event takes place. Please contact us if the presentation you are looking for does not appear on the website.
Conferences: For residential places, the full fee will be payable if you cancel 30 days or less before the event. For non residential places, if you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the event, 50% of the total fee will be payable. If you cancel 14 days or less before the event, the full fee will be payable. Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
Forums and Networks: Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
Training courses: If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, there will be no charge. If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the total fee will be payable. Less than 8 days before the event, the full fee will be payable. Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
All cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made in writing.
