  • Be better able to advise and support tenants facing  UC challenges , including tips on how to develop effective responses

Universal Credit Trainer Tom Messere

Tom is a freelance trainer and writer, he worked has an adviser for over 25 years, starting as a volunteer with Citizens Advice, since then he has worked with local authority welfare rights and social inclusion teams, housing associations and cancer charities. He is the writer of the Big Book of Benefits – a popular guide to welfare in the housing sector.
