Who is this for
Those with a good basic awareness of Universal Credit who have a more in-depth role in supporting tenants with UC issues e.g. support workers, advisers, financial inclusion officers or anyone with a deeper interest in UC, e.g. policy professionals.

It is important to keep updated on UC and identify the common problem areas being faced by those in the housing sector. You can share your stories with others in similar roles and identify solutions. About the Trainer
Tom is a freelance trainer and writer, he worked has an adviser for over 25 years, starting as a volunteer with Citizens Advice, since then he has worked with local authority welfare rights and social inclusion teams, housing associations and cancer charities. He is the writer of the Big Book of Benefits – a popular guide to welfare in the housing sector.
