Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel our terms and conditions are:-

Training events

14 days or more before event : No charge.

Between 8 and 14 days before event : 50% of total fee payable.

Less than 8 days before the event : Full fee payable.

Registered delegates who do not attend the event : Full fee payable.

Conferences

The cancellation policy is as follows:

30 days or more before event:
£25 admin charge is payable per person

Between 15 & 29 days before event:
50% of total fees payable

14 days or less before event:
Full fees payable

Any amendments to existing bookings (i.e. changes to the booking code) will carry a £25 admin fee.

Strategic Delivery Groups

Paid events - Cancellation of booking must be advised at least 48 hours before the event or full fee will be payable. 

Free events - Cancellation of booking must be advised at least 48 hours before the event or a £15 charge will be payable.
