CHC is a friendly, fun and professional place to work. We have monthly staff meetings and an annual staff away day. But don’t just take our word for it – here are a selection of comments from staff about working at CHC:-
What is the best thing about working at CHC?
I enjoy working with such a great group of people.
The best thing is definitely the flexi time and the left over buffet we sometimes get after training courses!
The variety of work - never two days the same. Also the team I work with, they can pick you up when you are feeling down and generally have a bit of fun.
The opportunity to work with a range of organisations across Wales in a challenging time for the sector.
Working relationships in the workplace are great, and I am encouraged to achieve all that I want to achieve.
Excellent working conditions, but more importantly, colleagues who are not just colleagues - more very supportive friends in work and out.
