A panel, which will consist of Lesley Richards (Head of CPID – Wales), Gareth Petty (ACAS Wales), Debbie Green (Chief Executive – Coastal Housing),will discuss and debate whether the sector is ready for the challenges that lie ahead

The session will be rounded off by a glimpse at CHC’s Housing Horizon’s project where we’ll be exclusively peeping at the research findings of our HH study to see what the future workforce of 2036 will be like!

There will be lots of opportunities to network with colleagues and enjoy conference dinner and drinks in the evening.
