Training: 4403 - Governing Well

'Find your Calm’ is an online and interactive social-emotional and mindfulness-based 4 week wellbeing programme to help adults develop their sense of ease and wellbeing, and learn how to embed mindfulness into their daily lives.
Training: 4400 - Introduction to Housing Associations
Staff or committee members who have recently joined a housing association can find the wide range of policies, regulations and jargon a minefield. This course will help to simplify the role of and activities carried out by housing associations, as well as de-mystifying some of the jargon.
Training: 4415 - On Time. On Track: Project Planning Secrets
Many projects fail because the project leader has failed to plan. This half-day workshop will help participants to explore how successful projects are developed and communicated.
Training: 4407 - New to Board
This course will help new Board members identify and examine all the challenges facing Housing Associations in Wales. It provides the opportunity to help them develop their knowledge and understanding of the skills they need to apply in order to be the most effective in their new role.

Every statistic tells a story but is the story you are being told the truth? How confident can we be that what we hear is true? How can you ensure the stories we tell stand up to the scrutiny of others? How can you collect and present your own data in a reliable yet impactful way? As debates become ever more polarised, having the skills to read and use information accurately and effectively are essential.
Training: 4402 - An Introduction to Governance
This course will provide learners with the basics of good governance practice whilst helping them identify the skills, knowledge and experience they can bring to the role of Board member.
