Minister announces she’s not in favour of the principle of board member payment:

We are currently waiting on a letter from the Minister outlining her decision and will circulate in due course.  The Code refers to the payment of board members and this won’t be re drafted. We will continue to make the case for ‘choice’ with Welsh Government.
