It’s that time of year again when we publish the activity we’ll be focusing on in our Corporate Plan for 2017/18.
I recently had the opportunity to present the ‘Coastal Way’ (AKA the way we do things around here) to the biannual meeting of the four housing federations – Community Housing Cymru, the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations and the National Housing Federation.

Whether you’re a Lord of the Rings enthusiast looking for a Bilbo Baggins style eco home, or prefer the view from a 5th floor apartment with all the modern convenience items at hand including a fridge with Wi-Fi.
The benefits of reflecting on performance are easily defined. Who wouldn’t want to sign up to increased self-awareness, an enhanced ability to make decisions, growth and the capacity to generate innovation and the ability to be compassionate. Sounds good right? However, reflection isn’t a silver bullet – it doesn’t always cut through complexity or provide an immediate solution.
